A Note of Thanks to CRW Members
Good evening, friends!
Thank you all for a wonderful performance this afternoon! Your hard work, dedication, and passion for music-making truly shone through. The concert was a great success and a joy to experience.
A special thank-you to our wonderful hosts at Nation Ford High School! Connie and I were overjoyed to share the podium with incoming Associate Director of Bands, James Roddy, and his talented wife, Samantha. In a year of absolute highs and lows for our host band, their future remains unequivocally bright with both Ray and James at the helm.
This past year, CRW tackled some of the most challenging repertoire we’ve ever attempted. When I reflect on the progress we made through our limited rehearsals, it’s clear how much time and effort many of you devoted to preparation. The end result was something the entire community could be proud of. Thank you for sharing your talents and for bringing people together through music.
Members of our board will be meeting soon to discuss next year’s programming and initiatives. As in the past, we’ll begin reaching out to everyone in August with dates and intent forms for the 2025–2026 season.
We hope you will all consider performing with us again next season. Have a wonderful and safe summer—and congratulations again on a job well done!
With gratitude,
